Full DoQ and DoH3 Support

Starting today UncensoredDNS fully supports QUIC based DNS lookups over UDP/853 (DoQ RFC9250) and UDP/443 (DoH3 RFC8484). Feel free to configure your DNS clients to use one of the QUIC based methods to send queries to the UncensoredDNS servers.

UncensoredDNS supports only encrypted DNS protocols, until today using either DoT (DNS-over-TLS RFC7858), and DoH (DNS-over-HTTPS RFC8484). Both of these are TCP based. The latest development in this area means that it is now possible to use QUIC (either straight up or using HTTP/3) to do DNS lookups when the server supports it. QUIC is UDP based and should offer some advantages in speed and performance due to smaller overhead.
